ARE YOU LOOKING TO GROW ?

Are you looking to expand but not sure where or how to achieve your goals ?

Score yourself on the Crossbow Checklist
(On a scale of 1-10 where 10 is "good" and 1 is "poor")

1. Have you a clear vision of where you will be in 3 years time and know how you will get there.
2. Do you have a product development plan supported by an analysis of customer needs .
3. How targeted is your marketing, do you know who your next ten customers are likely to be.
4. Does your management work as a team with clear responsibilities and an effective reporting structure
5. How strong is your sales function

6. How successful have you already been in raising money for the business.
7. How good is your relationship with your existing bank/fund manager
8. How good is your financial control.
9. How well do your business plan and associated financial projections give clear consistent answers to the preceding questions.
10. How well can you present your plan to potential funders and convince them of your ability and confidence to succeed.
